reboot reqired minimize window functionality

I am using Ivanti Managment Console Version 10.1.30

I am trying to figure a way to add the minimize window functionality to the "Reboot Required" notification.

Currently the Reboot Required windows pops up and has to be manually moved out of the way but it is never really fully minimized.

Is there a way to add the minimize "button" to the notification?
